By learning more about the language of emotion, our first language. Why we have our emotions and that they are here to teach us. We begin to understand more about why we are here and what we are here to do with our emotions to guide us.

When we learn to love and accept who we are, we can then fall in love with who we truly are. This is our natural way of BE-ing.
